To install wagn I have to hand edit several files before starting it up. I'd like to be able to launch the Wagn and do initial configuration from a wagn card which could write the info back to the relevant files.

Things that could be in the script or eventually be there:

Base URL
Registration Type (invitation only, open-edit...)
And ...?

(Several things that were here are now handled by star cards - see Config)
