On every card, instead of the menu icon I see "error rendering |cardname| (menu view)"

Sigh, I haven't been getting airbrake error messages.  They claim if I update my gem (from 3.1.10 to 3.1.11) this will be fixed.  I'm nervous about how many errors I'm missing.

(in any case, I'll get this fixed soon)
