one thing about the confirmation required line -- it may be getting confused about the card named "Menu" -- the card being renamed is likely the one with the referencers (even though it's name was never successfully changed to Menu)

I *think* this may be connected to a broader issue in that we often show multiple errors for a single submission when it makes more sense to show only the most important one. Like you'll sign up with no email and you'll get (1) email required and (2) must be valid email... or something like that. same with password. must have password, must be so many characters...

However, I guess this is also a special case, since it never makes sense to show confirmation required unless you're also going to allow the confirmation!

Have you seen what I'm talking about? Should also do something like don't show repetitive validation errors?
