I thought to change the cardtype to Account Request, but that's not an option in the menu. Can you fix these examples by hand somehow so that these people can have accounts? Do those cards have the account extension? Dan's card has his email address manually entered, so i have contacted him to ask if he did or noticed anything odd when requesting...

if they have an account extension, you'll see it in the options tab. If not, you should be able to add one there. Is this not the case?

I ran across the Dan Doherty card again recently. I could swear at least one time it did have account stuff in the Options tab, but looking again later, it did not.
