Links were updated, but inclusions weren't (we don't yet update inclusions when renaming). Strangely, if you close/open the +*template cards at the above link, they turn into +*tform or +*rform. And http://johnabbe.wagn.org/wagn/InvitationRequest+*template seems to exist, despite http://johnabbe.wagn.org/wagn/InvitationRequest+*plus_cards !!
Probably okay to close and just add a new ticket, but wanted to double-check with y'all.
