browsing arrows don't work in IE - couple different emails about it

Wasn't able to reproduce this. need example.

Tested on wagn.org and the Connectipedia testbed. All good. Closing.

Whup, not yet - someone (maybe me) should check IE7 i s'pose; i only have access to IE6 right now.
