hard-code main page to "Home" if no *home+discussion

wishing now I'd just done this.  did break a few wagns not to have it. sigh.

yah, we used to fall back to *title. c'est la vie.

deleted http://test.dwagn.org/*home and http://test.dwagn.org/ is all good. Closing.
