keep Save Cancel Delete on screen+discussion

This started as part of make edit area fit on screen, which will make this less of an issue, but still relevant for multi-edit at least.

Fixed apparently doesn't work on mobile, and we find it kind of annoying generally. Any other ideas how to accomplish this?
