make link view of inclusion-only cards link to inclusion+issues

If the only time you would want the entire content of a card to be an nesting of another card is when you're doing redirection, then it may make sense to have it so that when such cards are in link view, they would actually link to the included card.

E.g., if nvc's contents are:
{{Nonviolent Communication}}

then {{nvc|link}} renders as:
[nvc][Nonviolent_Communication]
