Use case is showing the first, say, 5 items in a search and then wanting a link to the remaining items. Arguably our paging interface should become so good and so flexible that no one wants to do this, but that's probably not going to happen for quite some time, and there may always be desired interface (e.g., five initial, but page the remainder by tens) that we don't handle via paging.
Desired behavior is that when you click on the forward and backward buttons it actually pages.
