Migrating deletions from our Cards on New Wagns can be a pain, and having these cards around doesn't cause any problems other than adding noise and maybe confusing someone (since they don't serve any purpose). So rather than do it one card or a few at a time, we're collecting cards we'd like to delete here, to be handled once in a while all at once.
