names for ticket priority


I'd prefer to have actual names for the priorities, so no mental translation is required: maybe just high, medium, low.
probably will want to have a discussion, seems like something we'd want consensus on. --Lewis

I made a priority+*on right+*edit help, so if you use the edit tab instead of double-clicking, you see an explanation of what the four levels mean. But i guess i'd be okay with words too. What do you think of the four levels? I'm afraid that with three, everything would be medium. --John
