offer a way to edit metadata when adding or editing cards+issues

This would make it possible to Wagneer a way to:

• set permissions on cards when added (once perms are setting-ized)
• enter +*alt and *title (so that we can put image plus *alt and *title in image alt and title tags)
• watch a card at the time it's added
