More broadly, we want to accomidateaccommodate a community of developers contributing components all of which might be optionally included.  In this model we might start with several distinct core and platform components.  These components might start out as a single codebase including the app.  We can then make the app a component and make it easy to mix components from multiple codebases.  Call  the app part Wagn, and developers can fork it or use it for an example to create custom applications all sharing the [[Decko]] platform.
