migrations were broken-- because default permissions set to Auth caused the Anon permission it was trying to set on InviteRequest+*template to break. I think we need to revisit some design there. will make a ticket for that.

I pulled the database and recreated the problem locally, I think it may
be a data issue but I haven't been able to track it down. spent about
20 minutes so far. --Lewis, March 12 2008
