requested an account and got an error+example

Was at http://play.dwagn.org/play/account/signup and gave a name and email address, and typed something into the "Account Request" box. There were two submit buttons. I clicked the lower one, and got a "Wagn Hitch". The "John Abbe" card has been created - http://play.dwagn.org/play/John_Abbe - but has an error rendering.
