some forms generating app errors

Also generates the error:

http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/Book+*right+*default

http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/Book+*right+*content

but not:

http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/pointer_form_test+*right+*default

I think this is fixed now, no?
