subtitle videos+issues

The how-to videos are nice, but they aren't accessible to deaf users without captions. I thought it would be nice to add some captions using Universal Subtitles. I'm not sure if there's a way to include a link to this subtitled video in each card's "+howto video" so that they can be included in other cards as expected. Is there a way? Could/would/should there be?
