As staff in the "Climate Action and Research Planning" section of California's Air Resources Board, I lead research planning for our annual $5-7 M research budget. I also work longer-term (10-year) 0strategic planning and manage several contracts to investigate the role of human behaviors in energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
