This would be helpful in many contexts (e.g. documentation). We can do it now with full URLs, but of course then they look like external links, so it would be nice to have something like:

I think the cooler thing would be to have a way to make it work ajaxily, so that the options tab works in place. Is that supposed to be part of this card? If so, maybe we should rewrite the issue section.
