rename offer softhard buttons for new form cards and you'll see it no longer appears on Wagn 1.0+tickets by status
this doesn't happen for all cards, but it does for that one. not sure exactly why yet. this is "medium" because it negatively impacts data.
I thought maybe Lew's changes would fix this, but it appears they didn't.
I got this behavior to happen with Renaming touching too many cards. Then I tried renaming it on dwagn, and it still broke.
