Card menues not shown

We have to regenerate the CSS because of the domain change. If someone with permissions goes to /delete/*all+*style+*machine_output, it should fix it. (I don't have an approved account there yet).

I think we actually fixed this bug so that regeneration for domain name changes won't be necessary any more.
