Email notifications not working

My Wagn does not send email for watched cards and hasn't since install.  I've combed the available documentation and am struggling to find ways to troubleshoot or properly configure.  

 

I've confirmed that email for account invites works as expected.  I haven't been able to get flexible email to work.

 

Any suggestions for something I could look at?

Have you ever tested this by having someone other than you make an edit on a card you're watching?  Wagn doesn't notify you of your own edits, of course.  (Though that's actually gnabbed me when debugging at times).

 

Looking briefly at your recent changes, I don't see lots of changes by other people. 

 

If you're confident that's not it, can you give me an example of a recent edit that you would expect to trigger a notification?
