Gear icon has disappeared+issues

The gear icon is missing (the menu still works when you hover where it used to be) on http://wagn.climatemarch.org/

Just tried it on two computers

if you change your root path (eg /wagn), you need to clear the cache so new CSS (with new image urls) will be regenerated
