History pages keep breaking in 1.18.6+discussion

Does this only happen when paging?

 

Coder's note: looks like kaminari's paginate method is using rails' url_for, which isn't gelling with our card handling.

When it happens, all pages cannot have their history accessed. I'm pretty sure it works for a while just after I reboot the server.

Sorry, by "paging" I meant to ask whether it only happens when you try to see beyond the first "page" of results. But you're saying once it breaks, it breaks from the very first item on the list?

There are no items or list. If you click on Activity -> History for a page you see an error message.
