Intermittent card exists error+discussion

I think I remember this, but I haven't seen anything like it lately.  have you?

Yup. Just tried repeatedly connecting this ticket to solution (via "Connect ... to another card") and every few times i get the "Name must be unique" message. No 500 error.

Hmm. My take here is that we should get rid of the connection button in the related tab for 1.0. It uses old code, old language, functions poorly, and is, to the best of my knowledge, scarcely used. We want something like this again, but this version is pretty weak
