Is there a built-in HTML editor for wagn cards?+discussion

Didn't realize I wasn't signed in; this is my card.

Yes. All RichText cards are stored as HTML, but have a "wysiwyg" (what you see is what you get) editor that looks a bit like a word processor. We use a highly configurable editor called "tinyMCE". By default our editors have an HTML button that can be clicked to edit HTML directly.

I'm just not seeing where the button is. There's an "HTML" string next to the card name but that's the card type, right? It leads to a list of HTML-type cards. I'm pasting a pic of what it looks like, on my browser, when I click "Edit" for the card.

Working with jldavis94 on this. The issue is that she has an *HTML* type card, which shows the HTML code. She wants to use the WYSIWIG editor on an HTML type card, which seems to be impossible.

Oh, yes that's right. The HTML cards do currently always show all the HTML. We mostly use the HTML cards for content that gets stripped from Basic cards. I think going forward these two considerations (content stripping and editor) should be separated.
