No footer on sidebar cards

For the navigational purpose of the sidebar the card footer isn't really needed. Since there's already a link to the actual card (and the card name is shown twice) I think it adds more noise than function.
This may just be a personal preference and can be handled individually by the Wagn admin, but it seems like a good default setting
Makes sense to me.
