Peter having trouble uploading images

Hi wagneers,

I've set up a wagn wiki to fiddle with on my pc. It's got some really
great concepts that are just so intuitive to understand and use.

It's all working great, except I can't upload images or files (using
the image or file cardtype). When i select the image to upload I get
the "Uploading" icon, and then an error appears within the card:

Template is missing

Missing template card_images/new.erb in view path app/views:vendor/
plugins/exception_notification/lib/../views

Webrick's log shows the same error. I'm running windows xp, Ruby
1.8.6, Rails 2.3.2 and Wagn 1.1.0. I checked it out using git, and my
code is up to date as far as I can tell (doing a git pull says its
"already up-to-date".

I've tried adding a card_images folder into the views folder - then
the error goes away but the image still doesn't show up in the card.
The image is definitely uploaded (into public/card_images/0000/0001).

Any help would be appreciated.
