Rename of cards not updating references

I usually work a lot with inclusions ( using double curly syntax, mostly closed view)

When renaming the inclusion, from the "gear" menu on the inclusion (but with the main card in the view):

• The inclusion has at least one edit (first edit for saving) before I try to rename them. (1)
• Wagn tells me that for example at least one reference will need to be updated  (2)
• I click "Rename and update"
• Rename appears on inclusion correctly (3)
• I reload the page (in the browser), and the rename is gone -> the page which had the inclusion reverts to the old inclusion name (4)
