Ability to search for cards by role/user allowed to view, edit, delete, comment. This is similar to User Contributions

On Hooze the card Starbucks+human rights is incorrectly set to the Timberland group. It would be helpful for administration and site usefulness to see all cards whose permissions are controlled by a certain person or group.
Would also enable some of what's in expose card metadata in cards
coming with setting-ize permissions. no real need for separate ticket. closing.
