Submit showing done but not refreshing or saving

Amy Lenzo was editing http://grouppatternlanguage.org/wagn/Creating_a_Container on June 9, between 12:30pm and a little after 3pm and clicked submit toward the end of that time. She got "connecting to server..." and "done" but the page never refreshed, and she lost the changes.
I'm not convinced this is different from the other problem. the messages may have been autosave notifications (which don't actually accomplish anything in multiedit)
They were in multiedit - no autosaving. Also, the message for autosave is not "done" but "saved draft of...". Finally, the other problem seems to consistently not leave an autosaved version. Not saying it's definitely different, but it's certainly possible.
