Other

• Look through closed tickets that aren't already tagged Wagn 1.0 to see which we want to so tag for the release notes. In the future, when closing tickets, tag them with the next release if they're something we'll want to include in it's release notes.
• add a security note to configuration about how existing A+B cards will no longer be restricted to users of role X if A is restricted to role X, but A+B wasn't explicitly restricted. (Newly created plus cards A+foo will default restrict to users of role X. Pre-existing A+B cards' may have defaulted to the tighter restrictions too, but test this.)
  
• CSS upgrades - have users do Shift-Ctl-R (Macs - shift-cmd-R) to reload it [is there a way to obviate this?]
• Help text in forms now appears next to each card in the form.
