Wagnify links in TinyMCE link handling+ticket line view
convert pasted html links into wagn format on save
make the link editor generate wagn links in the new bracketed format, and remove Target and Class
on migration, go through existing hrefs and convert?
there had also been mention of a button on the edit bar that would convert the links. this seems low priority to me if we decide to do it at all, but I wanted to make sure it got recorded.
