Two things have to happen before we can be really solid on this: (1) We're going to have to make sorting much more powerful, and (2) we need a generic tagging solution. Until then, I think we ought to keep "group tagging" away from the interface.

This is no longer used, since the clouds via the connect button are gone.
Let's track cool ideas around tag clouds as "ideas" and just put this to rest for now.
