I created this renderer and added some simple methods so it now works with .txt and .text. The default view is "titled", and it is set to strip html away from cards in most non-raw views. But I haven't done much of anything with searches and pointers and such.
Since we have easy workarounds for the *to, *from, etc use case, and because they're not currently "renderered" via a renderer at all, I think I want to punt on that one. we can make tickets for improving this renderer as user stories warrant.

Still didn't make inclusions work in email address cards, but you can do stuff like this now: http://test.dwagn.org/menu.txt
(btw, .raw no longer works, but menu.txt?view=raw does. And this will eventually be shortcuttable as whatever.txt?raw)
