Would render the card's name followed by its content in a very raw form -- preferably text/plain instead of html.
Is it csv? xml? just name, line break, content? any of the above depending upon page format?
Possibly related to simple url for text pages like css ?

I think vine was talking about a name / raw content form. "raw" already covers this.
If we were to convert content that is stored as HTML into plain text, that wouldn't be very raw :)

The content of simple url for text pages like css has changed/expanded, I was already thinking of it as something like "interpret file endings as requesting particular view and layout" which seems like it may be relevant to this.
Also, how does this relate to support simple import and export?

I think this conversation should move elsewhere. Currently thinking is that there's not a single "data" view, but that you can get data in various formats with various queries. See improve JSON rendering.
