add setting for edit controls+discussion

The next step will be make simple edit-alternative to double click.

Meanwhile, if people want to turn off double-click to edit they can edit the entire card, or replace /wagn/ with /card/edit/ on the particular card in question.

dunno if any of this fits any more. changing to idea.
