+*accountable is a Toggle
i.e., *all+*accountable controls the default for the whole site, People+*type+*accountable controls whether it's available on People cards, etc.
On English, i made *all not accountable, and Basic+*type and User+*type accountable.
So, to be bootstrapped/migrated whenever:
*accountable+*rform
all+*accountable
User+*type+*accountable
Basic+*type+*accountable
why do you think Basic cards should be accountable by default? That leads to things like being offered to add an account to, say Ethan McCutchen+menu, which confused people. I think the fewer weird cards asking people to add accounts the better.

+*accountable doesn't show up on Setting cards, e.g. http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/*all
I thought to change the type on *accountable to Setting, but i gather that's done in code (it's not available in the type menu).
