be case-insensitive mid-word as well

Idea

When it's good:

McCutchen = mccutchen, MCCUTCHEN, etc.

When it's bad:

For Ward = forward, Forward

1 2 3= 123

what are some examples of when this is desirable?

should forward, For Ward, and ForWard all be the same card? If so, we could actually simplify our key generation algorithm. currently the first resolves to "forward" and the other two to "for_ward".
