Seems to me that /card/edit/bla ought to create bla rather than reporting an error when bla does not exist ;-)

Agree. Looked into. Not super hard, but not quite super quick enough for me to bang it out in 10 min. Let's ticket this.

have cardedit add card if it doesn't exist
