1. The comment interface is not always presented even when it should be (see links below).
2. Where i do have the comment interface and add one, i get "connecting to server...done" but the added comment does not render. Reloading shows that it was saved.
I'm not seeing anything weird. On the newcurrencyfrontiers.com discussion, comments are on for anyone signed in. If I'm in I see them; if I'm off I don't. On Errata they're turned off. On simplify_default_layout it seems to work.
