drop unnecessary tables and fields

From the users table, I think we can drop these:

cards_per_page
password_reset_code
hide_duplicates

It would also be nice to drop the system table, but we'd have to represent system.rb differently.

this is way unimportant, but could be good if someone's in a cleaning mode.

those fields have long since disappeared. closing this ticket. planned future table cleanup here:
