eliminate all slots when renaming included multi-edit cards

If you go to rename a card that's hard-formatted, and in a search result or included, the rename interface only replaces the first card slot in the multi-edit instead of all of them.

Lewis Hoffman and I created Wagn, now Decko, together as a side project back in 2006.
