eliminate all slots when renaming included multi-edit cards+discussion

I think this was an older fix, but it seems to be fine now, no?

Not sure what I'm testing for. I renamed http://test.dwagn.com/hoedads and immediately afterward double-clicked to edit the second slot and it was fine.
