error for options tab on new user

I just added a new user on a Wagn, see http://psychfactoids.718.cldstr.com/wagn/card/edit/Ayla_Roark and when I clicked Options I got an error. After I added http://psychfactoids.718.cldstr.com/wagn/Ayla_Roark+*roles by hand, I don't get an error anymore. So I don't actually need any support, but thought this would be good to report.
I made another account and got the same result which you can see at http://psychfactoids.718.cldstr.com/wagn/card/options/John_Options_Test
I also made an account on test http://test.dwagn.org/John_Options_Test and did not encounter this error using the new menu to go to "admin" or "rules" so maybe new code has fixed it anyway...
Yes, I think this is fixed.
Thx for being responsive. Added a note to check this on 1.10 (and updated the next release card).

I am having the same problem on http://trnpatternlanguage.230.cldstr.com/wagn1/ - I get same error message whenever I try to edit the options on a new user card. Probably related, the 'Invite a User' function doesn't send an invitation email.
I've managed to use the same workaround as John came up with - thanks for that - so am no longer stuck or in need of support, but it would be useful to have the automated function working.
I should have said it is fixed in version 1.10, which will be on all cloudstore servers shortly.

Great, thanks Ethan, I'll look forward to that. There is another issue that I am assuming is related - that when I try to invite a new user, they don't receive an email about it, nor does it automatically create an account card (if this is supposed to happen). I just had a second try at sending you one...
