In a card called "*deploy date". Only happen for Wagns we host, as it happens at deploy time.

thinking we may want to do this by cluster, not by wagn.

I think this may be less dire now that there will usually be only two deployments, pinz and ang.

It would help me when you push out a between-releases release (e.g. right now we're not really running 1.5+2)
