I think that's just a caching issue.  When I re-saved it worked just fine.  Not entirely clear on why the sidebar was working from a different cache, though. 

It's floating right in the menu bar for you? It still isn't for me. (FFox, Safari, and Chrome)

ok, I fixed that. Issue was that inclusions that weren't in the main card were defaulting to naked rather than content. That's how we want things included directly by the layout to behave, but not things nested deep in the sidebar. I made it so only the direct inclusions default to naked. (though you can still override that).
