fix sticky style menu in tinyMCE

Sporadically, the Paragraph/Heading 1/Heading 2 TinyMCE menu gets stuck dropped-down. Reloading the page generally fixes it, though Lew once ran into it consistently sticking.
we're upgrading tinymce in wagn 1.8. might be fixed?
I haven't seen this lately. closing.
