- database -> card.content
- raw -> content (may be templated)
- links_only -> rendered with links
- naked / closed_naked -> cardtype-specific. gets cached linked_only and expands inclusions
- closed, closed_content -> wrappings for closed_naked
- content, open, titled, rss_titled -> wrappings for naked
